Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer renewals and maximize revenue for the company.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage the renewal process from start to finish, including identifying potential risks and proactively addressing them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product, to ensure a seamless and successful renewal process.
  • Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns related to the renewal process.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact the renewal process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to renewals and customer success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and renewal details.
  • Utilize Salesforce technology and tools to manage and track renewal activities and progress.
  • Meet or exceed renewal targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on renewal activities and performance to management.
  • Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the renewal experience for customers.
  • Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  • Mentor and train other team members as needed to ensure a strong and cohesive renewal team.
