Amtech is seeking a highly organized, process-oriented, and customer-focused Renewal Manager to build and lead the company's renewal operations function. This is a newly created role responsible for establishing scalable renewal processes, managing subscription and maintenance renewals, generating quotes, and partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams to maximize customer retention and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines operational discipline with strong communication and systems expertise. This individual will own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle, from forecasting and quote generation through execution and reporting, while helping define best practices and scalable processes across the organization.
