The Renewal Manager proactively manages renewals for assigned accounts with a focus on retention and growth. You'll play a vital part in our core business strategy by establishing customer relationships and maximizing revenue.

Requirements

  • 2+ years Renewal or Account Management experience in a SaaS sales environment
  • Experience forecasting renewals
  • Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM): ability to effectively manage and nurture client relationships to achieve mutual success
  • Experience with CRM Tool Management: utilization of CRM tools to improve overall client experience
  • Experience with Client Discovery: understand a client's needs and challenges, assessing the fit for the solution(s), and building a foundation for successful engagements and a long-term relationship
  • Experience with Negotiations: ability to strategically and effectively engage in discussions to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients, partners, or stakeholders in the SaaS and/or eCommerce sectors
  • Experience with Renewal Cycle Management: strategically manage and optimize the process of renewing client contracts or subscriptions in the SaaS and/or eCommerce sectors
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for renewal-related discussions.
  • Build and leverage customer relationships for retention.
  • Manage renewals, negotiate contracts, and develop territory plans.
  • Respond to inquiries, upsell, and optimize customer packages.
  • Maximize account pricing, usage, and contract standardization.
  • Identify service issues, facilitate renegotiations, and coordinate sales documentation.
  • Independently manage time for valuable client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the entire account team.
  • Proactively mitigate risks and document opportunities.
  • Utilize technology for remote presentations.
  • Manage opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
