Renewals Manager

Lifeloop•REMOTE,

About The Position

LifeLoop is hiring a Renewals Manager to centrally own recontracts, manual renewals, dispositions, and replacement orders—work previously split across customer success managers (CSMs) and account managers. The role enables CSMs to focus on strategic, value, and adoption conversations and account managers to focus on expansion and growth deals. The Renewals Manager works alongside CSMs and account managers across the Strategic, Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments. The position owns the renewal motion, leads customer renewal, contract, and pricing negotiations, helps shape renewal uplift strategy, maintains forecasts and Salesforce data, and partners with customer-facing teams to address risks and close renewals. It also uses AI tools to improve customer outreach, value positioning, and forecasting, and assists with hardware replacement order quotes as needed. By day 90, the Renewals Manager is expected to own a defined set of renewals and dispositions and run the bi-weekly forecast. Onboarding includes LifeLoop orientation and product training, learning renewal and contract processes, meeting leadership and customer-facing teammates, shadowing calls, and progressively managing renewals and dispositions with oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Own dispositions, manual renewals, recontracts and consolidations, and replacement orders across Strategic, Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB customer segments.
  • Begin renewal work more than 180 days before renewal dates and maintain visibility into renewals coming up in the next 90 to 180 days.
  • Move customers from legacy contracts to current terms, including updated pricing, payment, products, and contract length.
  • Lead customer renewal, contract, and pricing negotiations.
  • Help shape renewal uplift percentages and strategy.
  • Maintain a weekly opportunity forecast and Salesforce data hygiene for renewals, dispositions, and manual renewals.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly renewals and disposition forecasting.
  • Partner with CSMs to identify priority accounts each quarter and ensure appropriate customer contacts are identified for renewals and dispositions.
  • Coordinate with account managers on upcoming renewals so they can focus on expansion and growth deals.
  • When a disposition or manual renewal does not result in a recontract, partner with the CSM to process cancellation requests correctly and explore potential contract saves.
  • Attend high-risk and churn meetings with ELT, SLT, and CS leadership, and raise renewal risks early.
  • Use AI tools to improve the efficiency of customer outreach, value positioning, and forecasting for renewals and dispositions.
  • Assist with quoting hardware replacement orders as needed.
  • Communicate proactively with customers, internal partners, and leadership about status, risks, and next steps.
  • Meet or exceed renewal bookings targets and close a high percentage of renewals on time or ahead of schedule.
  • Manage manual renewals more than 180 days ahead of the renewal date and work to recontract dispositions within the 30-day recontract policy window.
  • Partner with CSMs and account managers on large account opportunities to close renewals and support expansion growth.
  • Maintain a highly accurate weekly forecast and document status, risks, and next steps for every upcoming renewal in Salesforce.
  • Maintain consistent handoffs with CSMs and account managers.
  • Complete onboarding activities, shadow customer calls, work initial renewals and dispositions with oversight, and assume ownership of assigned renewals and dispositions by day 90.
  • Maintain the bi-weekly disposition and manual renewal forecast and discuss accounts during risk, renewal, and other team meetings.
