Remote Sales — $100K to $300K, Entry Level
About The Position
Meron Financial Agency is hiring full-time producers to join its remote team. Producers speak with people who have requested life insurance information and help them choose coverage from more than 60 carriers. The role includes needs-based conversations by phone and Zoom, presenting and comparing coverage options, submitting applications, and following up through approval. Full onboarding, a mentor, and ongoing coaching are provided. Compensation is 1099 and 100% commission with no cap. The posting states average earnings of $800–$1,200 per policy and first-year earnings of $100,000 to $300,000 or more for full-time agents. Payments are made daily or weekly, with performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must be available full time, approximately 40 hours per week.
