About The Position

Meron Financial Agency is hiring full-time producers to join its fully remote team. Producers work with people who requested life insurance information and help them choose coverage from more than 60 carriers. The role includes full onboarding, a mentor, and ongoing coaching. Compensation is 1099 and 100% commission with no cap. The posting states an average of $800–$1,200 per policy and potential first-year earnings of $100,000 to $300,000 or more for full-time agents. Payments are made daily or weekly, with performance bonuses.

Requirements

• Must live in the United States.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
• Must be available full time, approximately 40 hours per week.
