About The Position
Meron Financial Agency is hiring full-time producers to work remotely with people who have requested life insurance information. Producers help clients choose coverage from more than 60 carriers. The role is 1099 and paid entirely by commission, with uncapped earnings. The posting states full-time agents can earn $100,000 to $300,000 or more in their first year. Training includes full onboarding, a mentor, and ongoing coaching. Compensation is paid daily or weekly, with performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must be available full time, approximately 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Hold needs-based conversations with prospective clients by phone and Zoom.
- Present and compare life insurance coverage options.
- Submit applications and follow up through approval.
