About The Position

Meron Financial Agency is hiring full-time producers to work remotely. Producers speak with people who have requested life insurance information and help them choose coverage from more than 60 carriers. The role includes full onboarding, a mentor, and ongoing coaching. Compensation is 1099 and 100% commission with no cap. Agents average $800–$1,200 per policy, and full-time agents may earn $100,000 to $300,000 or more in their first year. Payments are made daily or weekly, with performance bonuses. Applicants should be available to work about 40 hours per week. The role is fully remote; applicants must live in the U.S., with the Starkville, Mississippi area noted as a plus.

Requirements

• Must live in the U.S.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
• Must be available full time, approximately 40 hours per week.
