About The Position
Meron Financial Agency is hiring full-time producers to work remotely. Producers speak with people who requested life insurance information and help them choose coverage from more than 60 carriers. The role offers full onboarding, a mentor, and ongoing coaching. Compensation is 1099 and 100% commission with no cap. The posting states average earnings of $800–$1,200 per policy and $100,000 to $300,000+ in the first year for full-time agents. Pay is issued daily or weekly, with performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States; the Spartanburg, South Carolina area is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a Life and Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must be available full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
