Responsibilities

Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams: Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop remote sales professionals. Conduct virtual onboarding and ongoing training. Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven culture.
Drive Sales Performance: Establish team goals and monitor key performance indicators. Coach representatives to improve production, customer service, and client relationships. Implement strategies that increase team performance and business growth.
Support Client Success: Assist representatives with complex client situations when needed. Promote exceptional customer service and long-term client relationships. Ensure members receive personalized life insurance and supplemental benefit solutions.
Develop Future Leaders: Mentor top-performing representatives into leadership positions. Create scalable systems that support long-term organizational growth.
