Responsibilities

Recruit, coach, and mentor future team members.
Learn how to build and lead a high-performing remote sales team.
Support representatives through training, accountability, and professional development.
Help establish performance goals and monitor team progress.
Identify opportunities to improve team performance and client satisfaction.
Lead virtual meetings, coaching sessions, and team development activities.
Build strong relationships with clients and team members using Zoom and digital collaboration tools.
Participate in executive leadership training and ongoing mentorship.
