Responsibilities

Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing remote sales team.
Conduct virtual onboarding and ongoing training sessions.
Foster a positive, collaborative, results-driven culture.
Establish team goals and monitor key performance metrics.
Coach representatives through sales strategy, customer service, and relationship building.
Identify opportunities to improve production and client satisfaction.
Support representatives during client consultations when needed.
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the client experience.
