About The Position

This is a remote, contractor role for a Recruiter. The scope of work involves leveraging advanced sourcing strategies to identify qualified professionals across diverse platforms and talent pools, screening and evaluating resumes to assess alignment with project-specific requirements, facilitating structured interview processes and delivering actionable insights to improve selection outcomes, researching and analyzing job markets to inform project decisions and optimize resource allocation, utilizing persuasive communication and consultative selling skills to engage with prospective contributors, collaborating with stakeholders to refine project scopes and candidate profiles based on market trends, and documenting and communicating findings clearly through written reports and verbal presentations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and assessment.
• Expertise in resume screening, interviewing, and understanding dynamic job markets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and clarity.
• Strong consultative and sales-oriented mindset for engaging with professionals in the field.
• Experience working remotely and managing deliverables independently.
• Ability to adapt to changing project needs and provide strategic insights.

• Prior exposure to AI-driven projects or data-driven environments is a plus.
