About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring a remote insurance solutions specialist to help individuals and families understand life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options. The role works with prospective clients who have requested information, identifies their needs, and provides clear education about available coverage. It is suited to someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, professional development, and a remote, performance-based career. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.

- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense.
