Thriveworks Counseling is hiring Colorado-based clinicians pursuing independent Colorado LPC licensure to provide telehealth counseling. The role involves delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to a nationwide client population as part of a clinician-led mental health organization. Candidates must be approved by the board as an LPCC, be seeking independent licensure, and have graduated from an approved 60-credit-hour program. Graduate or postgraduate counseling-setting experience treating depression and anxiety is required. Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under a licensed supervisor using the current DSM-5 is preferred. Clinicians should be available for at least 25 client sessions and 30 hours of availability per week. The position suits behavioral health generalists willing to work with varied clients, including couples and children, and committed to measurable client progress. The role uses telehealth and electronic health record tools. Thriveworks provides administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, along with paid orientation and training. The company states that clinicians can build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Scheduling is flexible across seven days, between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. ET. Compensation is up to $75,000, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. This is a W-2 position. Full-time clinicians are eligible for employer-sponsored benefits. Clinicians also have access to live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and an online and in-person community of more than 2,700 licensed providers. Clinical leadership is promoted from within. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
