Thriveworks is hiring provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Virginia LPC licensure to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in Charlottesville, Virginia. The role combines telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The clinician must be able to work from the office during a probationary period and may then transition to a hybrid schedule, split equally between office and remote work. A competitive ramp stipend may be available to clinicians offering 30 or more hours of availability per week. The position serves a range of clients and clinical needs, including depression and anxiety, and may include couples and children. Clinicians are expected to support measurable client progress, use clinical technology such as telehealth and EHR tools, and contribute positively to a clinical community. Thriveworks provides administrative support with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, as well as paid orientation and training. The company states that clinicians can build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Compensation is up to $53,300, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for employer-sponsored benefits. The role is a W-2 employee position and includes guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions and free group and individual clinical supervision. Clinicians also have access to live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and an online and in-person community of more than 2,700 licensed providers.
