About The Position
Globe Life AO is seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join their growing virtual team as Remote Insurance Representatives – Customer Service & Sales. In this role, you will connect with working families, union members, veterans, associations, and their families through scheduled virtual appointments. You will help clients understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, answer questions, recommend appropriate coverage options, and provide ongoing customer service. No previous insurance experience is required. The company provides structured training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Be physically located within the United States
- Have a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone capability
- Maintain reliable high-speed internet
- Have a quiet, professional workspace
- Be comfortable conducting virtual appointments through Zoom
- Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
- Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits
- Identify each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly
- Recommend personalized coverage solutions based on client needs
- Guide clients through applications and enrollment
- Review existing coverage and assist with applicable policy or beneficiary updates
- Provide professional customer service before, during, and after enrollment
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Maintain accurate client documentation and follow-up records
- Follow company procedures and applicable state insurance requirements
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development
