Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, professional guidance
• Basic computer proficiency for virtual consultations and documentation
• Consistent work ethic and commitment to high-quality service
• Friendly, personable approach that builds trust and rapport
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
• Self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement
