About The Position

As a Remote Client Relationship Specialist, you will represent a company with decades of proven success while helping families secure the protection they need. You’ll work in a supportive, growth-focused environment where your efforts directly contribute to both client outcomes and your own professional advancement. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Requirements

• Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Comfort using basic technology and virtual meeting platforms
• Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented
• Positive, personable approach when working with clients
• Strong time management and ability to work independently
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
