About The Position

Some careers begin with a job description. Others begin with the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life. At Globe Life AO, we're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy connecting with people, explaining important information, and helping families understand financial-protection options. We're expanding our virtual team and inviting qualified applicants to explore a career as a Remote Family Benefits Associate. You'll work with prospective and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, helping them learn about available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance coverage. Your responsibilities will include listening to client needs, explaining benefit options, answering questions, recommending appropriate insurance solutions once licensed, assisting with enrollment, and providing continued support. This opportunity combines customer service, relationship building, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales. If you're new to insurance, that's okay. We provide training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and professional-development resources. No previous insurance experience is required to apply.
