About The Position

Globe Life AO is seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our virtual team as Remote Family Benefits Advisors. You'll work with working families, veterans, labor union members, credit union members, and eligible association members through scheduled Zoom and phone consultations. Your role will involve helping clients understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, answering questions, identifying coverage needs, providing appropriate recommendations once licensed, and assisting with electronic enrollment. This opportunity combines customer service, benefits education, client relationship management, and consultative insurance sales. Whether you're beginning your career, returning to the workforce, or exploring a new professional direction, we provide training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing development. No previous insurance experience is required to apply. This is a client-facing insurance sales and service opportunity, not an hourly administrative or inbound-only customer-service position.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be physically located within an eligible U.S. location.
Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Have a reliable computer or laptop.
Maintain dependable high-speed internet.
Have webcam and microphone capability.
Have a quiet, professional home workspace.
Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based systems.
Be willing to complete required training.
Understand the commission-only compensation structure.
Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License.
Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military service, financial services, or sales may be helpful but is not required.

Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients and existing policyholders.
Schedule and conduct Zoom and phone appointments.
Ask questions to understand family circumstances, priorities, and coverage needs.
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
Answer questions about coverage, benefits, and policy features.
Provide appropriate, needs-based recommendations once licensed.
Assist eligible clients with electronic applications and enrollment.
Maintain accurate digital records and appointment schedules.
Build professional, long-term relationships.
Provide follow-up after initial consultations.
Assist with applicable policy reviews and service requests.
Help clients understand next steps after enrollment.
Respond to questions and direct clients to appropriate resources.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Follow company procedures and applicable state insurance regulations.
Participate in structured virtual onboarding.
Attend training, coaching, and professional-development sessions.
Develop confidence in client communication and virtual presentations.
Learn electronic enrollment and client-management systems.
Receive mentorship from experienced representatives.
Work toward individual production and professional-development goals.
Explore future leadership opportunities as qualifications and performance develop.
