About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our growing virtual team as Remote Member Benefits Advisors. In this position, you'll work with individuals and families, including union members, veterans, and eligible association members, through Zoom and phone consultations. You'll answer questions, explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, help clients understand their coverage options, assist with electronic enrollment once appropriately licensed, and provide ongoing customer service. We provide structured training, licensing guidance, professional mentorship, and ongoing development.
