About The Position

Globe Life AO is seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our virtual team as Remote Benefits Service Advisors. In this role, you'll work with working families, veterans, labor union members, credit union members, and eligible association members through scheduled Zoom and phone consultations. You'll help clients understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, answer questions, identify individual coverage needs, assist with electronic enrollment once appropriately licensed, and provide ongoing customer service. This opportunity combines customer service, client relationship management, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales. Whether you're beginning your professional career, returning to the workforce, or transitioning from another industry, we provide structured training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and professional development. No previous insurance experience is required to apply. This is a client-facing insurance sales and service position—not an hourly administrative or inbound-only customer-service role.
