Remote Insurance Benefits Associate

About The Position

AO Globe Life is expanding its virtual team and seeking motivated, dependable, and people-focused individuals to join us as Remote Insurance Benefits Associates. In this position, you'll help working families, veterans, labor union members, and eligible association members understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options. Through virtual Zoom and phone consultations, you'll build relationships, identify client needs, explain coverage options, assist with enrollment once licensed, and provide continued client support. This position combines benefits education, customer service, relationship management, and consultative insurance sales. Whether you're entering the workforce, changing industries, or looking for a more flexible professional path, we provide training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing development. No previous insurance experience is required to apply. This is a client-facing insurance sales and service role—not an hourly administrative or inbound-only customer-service position. Representatives receive access to prospective client opportunities through the company, including individuals and families interested in learning about available insurance benefits. Your client process generally follows: Connect → Listen → Understand Needs → Educate → Recommend → Enroll → Support. The position involves outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and client follow-up. Traditional random cold calling and door-to-door prospecting are not required.
