About The Position

Vay is hiring a Remote Truck Driver to help launch a teledriven commercial trucking operation. The role involves remotely operating commercial trucks within a designated service area from a specialized remote driving station, performing test drives, and supporting fleet operations. The driver will work with engineering to collect data and provide structured feedback, helping develop remote-driving technology for commercial trucks and deliver a safe customer experience. The schedule is four 12-hour shifts per week, with flexibility to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts.

Requirements

• CDL license.
• 3–5 years of commercial driving experience.
• Strong commitment to safety in both on-road and remote operations.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including morning, afternoon, or evening.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a calm, problem-solving mindset.
• Interest in autonomous trucking and mobility innovation.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Enrolled in or willing to enroll in an MVR pull program.

Responsibilities

• Remotely operate commercial trucks within a designated service area via a specialized remote driving station.
