As a Remote Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll connect with clients who have requested information, answer questions, explain benefit options, and help working families make informed decisions—all from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
- Provide exceptional customer service and client support.
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
- Conduct virtual benefit review appointments.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process.
- Build long-term relationships through trust and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
