About The Position

AO | Globe Life is expanding its virtual team and seeking motivated, dependable, and people-focused professionals to join us as Remote Client Success Specialists. This opportunity combines customer service, client relationship management, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing guidance to help you get started. The role involves connecting with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments, answering questions, explaining available benefits, assisting with enrollment, and providing ongoing client support. The approach emphasizes education, personalized service, and long-term relationships, not high-pressure sales tactics. Representatives connect with qualified client opportunities, including individuals and families interested in learning more about available benefits, with no traditional cold calling or lead purchasing required. The role is 100% online with virtual client appointments, remote onboarding and training, online coaching and mentorship, and virtual team collaboration. This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity with uncapped earning potential. We provide structured virtual onboarding, state insurance licensing guidance, product and benefits education, customer service development, consultative sales training, communication and active-listening skills training, relationship-building techniques, virtual presentation development, enrollment systems and procedures, one-on-one mentorship, weekly virtual coaching, and leadership development. Representatives must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before performing activities requiring licensure, with guidance and support provided. Qualifying representatives may have access to medical insurance reimbursement opportunities, company-supported life insurance, Accidental Death Benefit coverage, union representation and professional support, renewal and residual income opportunities, professional coaching and mentorship, and virtual technology and business resources. Strong performance may create opportunities for company-sponsored incentive travel, leadership conferences, professional development events, team-building experiences, performance contests and awards, recognition programs, and additional leadership opportunities. Representatives who demonstrate consistent performance, initiative, professionalism, and leadership potential may pursue development opportunities in Client Success, Benefits Specialist, Trainer/Mentor, Team Leadership, and Management.
