About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a remote client benefits associate to help individuals and families review life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options. The role involves connecting with prospective clients through warm leads, conducting virtual appointments, assessing client needs, explaining coverage and benefits, and following up professionally. Training, tools, support, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development are provided. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and licensing requirements at their own expense. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening and customer-service abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Comfortable with computers and virtual systems.
- Ability to learn and apply coaching.
- Able to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
