About The Position

This remote role is for people who live in Arizona. Most of the week consists of scheduled phone or video conversations with people who have requested information about life insurance. The associate listens to clients, understands their needs, presents suitable options, and helps them apply. Other activities include follow-up, training, and coaching. No prior insurance experience is required; structured training and support are provided. Before working with clients, the associate must obtain an Arizona resident life and health insurance license. A license is not required to apply, and the company will guide the associate through the pre-licensing course and state exam. The role is a 1099 independent contractor position paid entirely on commission from completed sales, with no base salary. The stated annual pay range is $75,000 to $120,000; earnings depend on activity, consistency, and results and are not guaranteed. The company does not charge fees for training or onboarding; applicable state licensing costs are paid directly to the state licensing authority.

Requirements

Live in Arizona.

Communicate clearly and be willing to learn.
Be able to stay organized and manage daily activity.
Be comfortable working independently with support.

Responsibilities

Connect with people who have requested information about coverage; no cold calling is required.
Understand clients’ needs and present life insurance options that fit.
