About The Position
AO – American Income Division of Globe Life is seeking motivated, coachable professionals to join their growing virtual team as Remote Career Development Representatives. This role combines client service, benefits education, relationship building, consultative insurance sales, and professional development. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided, and no previous insurance experience is required. The opportunity is 100% remote, offering flexible scheduling and performance-based career advancement. Representatives work with qualified client opportunities, focusing on scheduled client conversations, benefits education, needs-based consultations, enrollment assistance, relationship building, follow-up, and ongoing client service. The role emphasizes listening, educating, understanding client needs, and helping families make informed decisions, rather than high-pressure selling. Professional development is a key component, with training provided in areas such as communication, client relationship management, consultative sales, virtual presentation skills, time management, goal setting, organization, problem-solving, business development, coaching, mentorship, and leadership. The compensation is commission-based with weekly pay, performance bonuses, and renewal income. Advancement opportunities are based on performance, consistency, initiative, development, and demonstrated leadership ability, with potential to move into roles like Mentor, Trainer, Team Leadership, Management, and Advanced Leadership.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Be physically located within the United States
- Have access to a reliable computer or laptop

- Be comfortable using Zoom and virtual business systems
