Remote 3rd Party HC Collections - (Central Zone preferred)
About The Position
TSI is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated Remote Call Center Representative with third-party healthcare collections experience. This work-from-home role involves communicating with consumers about unpaid accounts, maintaining accurate account records, locating consumer contact information, and helping delinquent consumers find ways to meet payment obligations. Candidates hired for remote work receive company-issued equipment, with equipment policies and procedures explained during the interview and onboarding process. The position is remote, with CST/EST considered, and pays $18–$24 per hour based on third-party healthcare collections experience. Applicants must complete a required series of online Harver assessments after submitting an application.
Requirements

- For remote work: broadband internet connection; DSL and dial-up are not accepted.

- For remote work: internet speed test results of at least 25 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with consumers by telephone, approve written correspondence, and attempt to resolve unpaid accounts.
- Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received.
- Skip trace to locate consumer contact information.
- Counsel delinquent consumers to help them find funds to meet their payment obligations.
- Comply with and stay up to date on applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to job duties.
- Comply with and stay up to date on TSI policies and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of functional areas, company policies, and procedures.
- Provide feedback to management about possible problems or areas for improvement.
- Recommend improved processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
