About The Position

Transworld Systems, Inc. is hiring a remote, work-from-home Collections Representative to contact consumers about past-due accounts and secure payments. The role requires following company policies and applicable local, state, and federal collections laws and regulations. Candidates hired for work-from-home positions receive company-issued equipment, with equipment policies and procedures explained during the interview and onboarding process. The position is described as preferably suited to candidates in the Mountain Time Zone (MST).

Applicants receive an email after applying with instructions to complete required initial screening assessments through the Harver online platform. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Access to high-speed broadband internet; DSL and dial-up connections are not accepted.
• A hard-wired internet connection is required; Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi hotspots are not accepted.
• Internet speed test results must show at least 25 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem-solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time.
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.
• Completion of the required Harver assessments after submitting an application.
