About The Position

RISK inc is an international iGaming company specializing in identifying and fostering the growth of high-potential entertainment markets. With over 1000 professionals in 20+ locations, they operate in 10 countries, serving over 300,000 customers. They are looking for a data-driven and technically strong Remarketing FB Media Buyer to join their team. This role will focus on retention, user lifecycle marketing, and bringing existing users back to the platform using targeted Facebook & Instagram Meta Ads campaigns. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with the CRM and Product teams to maximize LTV and optimize ROI.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in FB media buying specifically within the Gambling / iGaming vertical.
  • Strong, expert-level skills in using the technical tools of Meta Ads (Pixel, Custom Conversions, Offline Events, Business Manager setup, CBO/ABO).
  • Solid understanding of iGaming user behavior, player psychology, and retention funnels.
  • Ability to generate and develop creative concepts for promo materials that bypass ad blindness and trigger user re-engagement.
  • A data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze results, read cohort data, and make decisions based on numbers, not feelings.
  • Clear and effective communication skills to share work results, test insights, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (CRM, Design, Product).

Responsibilities

  • Plan remarketing campaigns in close collaboration with CRM and product teams to align and prepare strategic remarketing campaign launches.
  • Set up, execute, and manage Remarketing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to increase user retention and reactivate players.
  • Leverage Facebook’s advanced audience tools to target custom user bases and optimize campaigns based on real-time user behavior, interests, deposit history, and more.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and core metrics ($CPC$, $CPM$, $CPA$, $ROAS$, etc.), adjusting bidding strategies and budgets to meet KPIs and improve ROI.
  • Develop creative concepts for promo materials and work closely with the design/creative team to produce compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience and align with campaign retention goals.
  • Oversee and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal spend distribution to maximize returns while staying within budget constraints.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, clearly and effectively communicate work results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and team members.
