About The Position

Rouge Care is a premium red light therapy company building the future of health technology through clinically inspired wellness devices, software, and design. We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer to help scale customer acquisition through world-class paid media execution, creative testing, and performance optimization. This role owns paid media execution across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to scale revenue through disciplined media buying, creative testing, and performance analysis. While paid media is your primary responsibility, you’ll also contribute ideas and insights across landing pages, website conversion optimization, email marketing, and customer acquisition strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing paid media for e-commerce brands
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Experience managing TikTok and Pinterest campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Shopify and GA4
  • Proven ability to scale paid media accounts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative testing mindset
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Highly organized and accountable

  • Experience with Klaviyo
  • Experience running CRO experiments
  • Experience with subscription or health & wellness brands
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals

Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and account structure
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets
  • Monitor daily performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Analyze campaign, creative, audience, and landing page performance
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop new ad concepts and testing ideas
  • Provide feedback on hooks, messaging, offers, angles, and creative formats
  • Build structured testing roadmaps and identify winning patterns
  • Help improve creative performance across all acquisition channels
  • Identify opportunities to improve landing pages, PDPs, offers, bundles, and checkout experiences
  • Work with developers and marketers to launch experiments quickly
  • Analyze user behavior and conversion data to improve performance
  • Track and report on key metrics including MER, ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV, and revenue contribution
  • Identify growth opportunities and scaling levers across channels
  • Provide actionable recommendations backed by data
