About The Position

Our client, a global financial company, is seeking a Remarketing Coordinator II for a hybrid position in Lewisville, Texas. The coordinator will primarily contact new and used car dealerships to validate KYC information, including dealership demographics and ownership, and collect expired dealer licenses. The role may also involve assisting in other areas. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with a team, communicate through multiple channels including phone, and use Microsoft Office platforms such as Excel and Outlook. The company is seeking a career-minded candidate interested in growth and advancement.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in financial services or a similar industry, unless qualifying education is used in place of experience.
Strong familiarity and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Outlook.
Initiative, dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage job-related tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field may be used as a proxy for experience.
Industry experience in auto, financial, commercial, or a similar industry.
Ability to perform clerical, administrative, and technically based activities or supporting tasks.
Proficient written and oral communication skills.
Independent and critical thinking with strong attention to detail.
Experience with Salesforce and various internal platforms.
Self-motivation and a career-minded interest in growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

Contact new and used car dealerships to validate KYC information, including dealership demographics and ownership.
Collect expired dealer licenses.
Assist in other areas as requested.
Communicate with dealerships through various channels, including by phone.
