About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Remarketing Inventory Coordinator to support the Remarketing department’s vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork, and overall vehicle control. The role is located at 88 E Warm Springs Road, 2nd Floor, Las Vegas, NV 89119, and pays $17 per hour. The position offers a consistent 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The ideal candidate is responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and attentive to confidentiality.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.

Responsibilities

Check in and appraise vehicles daily using a Remarketing VIC device.
Perform basic maintenance checks under the hood, inside the vehicle and trunk, on the antenna, and on the vehicle exterior.
Monitor and track units entering and exiting the West Bridgewater Lot for all business lines.
Organize the lot safely and efficiently.
Maintain and organize key security.
Complete paperwork associated with vehicle repairs, pick-up, and delivery.
Schedule minor repairs and coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery with outside vendors.
Notify the Manager of potentially unsafe equipment or conditions and vehicle problems.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
