Relief Veterinarian
About The Position
Urgent Pet Care is seeking a PRN/relief Emergency Veterinarian to provide coverage during peak times, vacations, and schedule gaps. The role may suit veterinarians seeking supplemental income, schedule flexibility, or relief-style work. The facility is designed to support efficient, high-quality medicine, and the veterinarian will work alongside an experienced and supportive clinical team. Urgent Pet Care operates two urgent-care clinic locations in the Omaha/Papillion area and is AAHA accredited. The clinics are open seven days a week, with closing times of midnight on weeknights and Saturdays, and 10 p.m. on Sundays and holidays. Doctors and technicians remain overnight to care for patients.
Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree.
- Valid veterinary license in Nebraska.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in surgery and emergency medicine is preferred.
