About The Position

As a Relief Sales Representative at Summit Beverage, you will cover sales routes when a teammate is absent and merchandise products in key accounts when no route coverage is needed. You will learn the routes throughout the market, serve retail, bar, and restaurant customers, and gain experience that may lead to managing your own route. When covering a route, you will call on accounts according to schedule, identify sales opportunities, present products, take orders, close sales, manage inventory and payments, maintain accurate route records, build displays, execute advertising features and resets, and resolve customer questions and issues. When not covering a route, you will stock, rotate, and face products; work back stock; check pricing, rotation, and placement; and remove outdated or damaged products. The position has a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off. Summit Beverage offers a company vehicle or mileage reimbursement, competitive pay, insurance benefits, retirement with a company match, paid time off, and an opportunity to grow into a route of your own.
