About The Position

The Relief Sales Manager for Greater San Antonio is responsible for up-selling and product fulfillment and replenishment, with a focus on execution and merchandising. The role supports retention and penetration of large-format customers by geography and handles on-premise customers. The manager represents Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores within the assigned territory, providing a seamless customer experience in the absence of an Account Manager.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment or sales experience with accountability for sales targets and up-selling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth, market share, distribution, and specific volume objectives while providing a seamless experience to customers in the absence of an Account Manager.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts to pre-sell products and promotions and discuss displays, point-of-sale materials, beverage-section revamps, and service requirements.
• Develop and implement beverage shelf reallocations designed to maximize sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
• Participate in installing revamped beverage sections and displays and placing point-of-sale materials according to company merchandising standards.
• Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands in allocated beverage sections, including racks and secondary displays.
• Assist with the sale and placement of vendors and vendor changes in chain-store accounts; regularly check mechanical operation, cleanliness, selection, and product availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records for assigned accounts, including reports on promotional activity, competitive sales, and space allocations.
• Maintain adequate back stock in each account to ensure product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.
