About The Position

BaxterStorey is hiring a Relief Catering Assistant to work across Yorkshire, rather than at a single site. The role focuses on serving food and beverages, providing attentive and professional customer service, and supporting smooth catering operations as part of a collaborative team. The postholder will follow applicable health, safety, food-service, and catering guidelines and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Address customers’ needs and requests efficiently and effectively.
• Provide attentive customer service throughout the customer’s visit, answering questions and addressing concerns or issues in a friendly manner.
• Collaborate with other staff to support the smooth flow of operations.
• Contribute to an inclusive and safe working environment.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and location-specific food-service or catering guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas.
