Relationship Manager, Longer. Healthier. Better. Network

Manulife•Boston, MA
•$73,350 - $122,250•Hybrid

About The Position

The Relationship Manager, Longer. Healthier. Better. Network (LHBN), is part of John Hancock’s Advisor Experience team and reports to the Director, Advisor Experience. This multi-incumbent role owns the direct, ongoing relationship with an assigned portfolio of LHBN advisors, rather than territory recruitment or sales leadership. The role focuses on engagement, servicing, and production growth, particularly for Founding Members and other active network advisors. Acting as an extension of each advisor’s business, the Relationship Manager helps advisors maximize LHBN membership through consistent, high-touch, consultative support and coordinates with internal teams to deliver a differentiated, concierge-level experience. The role complements—not replaces—advisors’ existing BGA, broker-dealer, and firm relationships, supporting their practice growth and client impact.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a book of business using a high-touch, consultative relationship approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with advisors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for pipeline and relationship tracking.
  • Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage a defined cadence of activity across a large advisor portfolio.

  • Travel 1–2 times per month.
