About The Position

We are hiring a Commercial Relationship Manager for our Real Estate division. This role offers you the autonomy to do your job, build long-term relationships with clients, bring in new business, and collaborate across the organization to achieve more together. If you have relationship management and credit experience serving senior housing, hospitals/health systems, physician practices and medical ancillary services, we would like to talk to you. The Commercial Relationship Manager III – Commercial Real Estate (CRE) is primarily responsible for making and servicing a wide variety of business and individual loans, both secured and unsecured, which are complex in nature. Handles larger, more profitable customer relationships within the department. Provides subordinate officers with functional guidance.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years' experience in a commercial lending environment or 11-13 years' equivalent experience.
Relationship management and credit experience serving senior housing, hospitals/health systems, physician practices and medical ancillary services.

Responsibilities

Use business savvy to identify new prospects, markets and develop new business.
Use product/service knowledge to determine what our clients need to enhance their business and ours.
Use financial acumen and analytical skills to understand data to make informed decisions.
Use expertise on the lending side to structure loans, mitigate and identify risk, to keep us in regulatory compliance.
Use business and credit acumen to get deals approved.
