About The Position

As a Sr. Relationship Manager, you’ll be joining an experienced team of Relationship Managers to lead long-term, strategic relationships with our largest clients. The Relationship Manager’s role is to develop strategic relationships with key decision makers / C-Suite, ensure the successful adoption and overall health of clients, deliver value and ROI to clients, identify opportunities for growth, and own the client renewal process. This position will have direct access to the world’s leading allocators of alternative investments and play an active role in designing the team and company’s scale strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning a book of business where you were responsible for driving adoption, retention, growth, value realization, expansion, upselling, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience providing ROI presentations or business reviews to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in financial services, FinTech, or alternative investments highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships within our Enterprise Clients (Asset Servicers, Asset Managers, Asset Owners, et al).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Implementation, Support, Sales, and Leadership to drive retention and revenue growth.
  • Lead the adoption of best practices for client retention, including business reports.
  • Drive net dollar retention (post-sales expansion and renewals) for Canoe’s clients.
