About The Position

Associated Bank is hiring a bilingual Spanish Relationship Banker to build customer relationships, provide exceptional service, process transactions, and help customers identify financial solutions. The role offers hands-on banking experience, comprehensive training, mentorship, and the opportunity to complete banker certification and advance within the organization. The position is located at 829 W Mitchell St., Milwaukee, WI 53204. A credit check is required under Regulation Z.

Requirements

Bilingual Spanish.
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Up to 2 years of customer-facing sales and/or service experience.
Must complete a credit check.

Process transactions efficiently and address customer needs.
Recommend products and services that support customers’ financial wellness.
Open new accounts and build lasting customer relationships through personalized service.
Partner with specialists in insurance, mortgage, and other teams to provide financial solutions.
Support branch operational integrity and compliance with policies and regulations.
Participate in the Banker Roadmap program and complete training milestones and certification requirements.
Educate customers about digital banking options and demonstrate relevant tools.
Promote bank offerings and engage prospective customers through community and in-store outreach.
Report suspicious activity, customer complaints, procedure violations, and ethical concerns as required.
