About The Position

BSNB is seeking a Relationship Banker for its branches in the Capital District. The role provides excellent customer service and identifies products and solutions that meet customers’ financial needs. Daily work includes completing deposit and loan transactions, receiving and paying cash, and performing other customer service functions. The banker may also be required to work at other branch locations. Branches operate Monday through Saturday, and Saturday availability is required.

Requirements

• At least an associate degree.
• Prior experience in a sales- and/or service-oriented environment.
• Prior cash-handling experience.
• One to three years of experience in a customer-focused setting; banking experience is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
• Availability to work Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Banking experience.
