Old National Bank’s Relationship Banker builds and strengthens client relationships by delivering personalized financial advice and solutions. The role focuses on understanding client needs, providing guidance, and connecting clients with the bank’s products and services to support their financial goals. Relationship Bankers create positive client experiences through proactive outreach, meaningful conversations, and effective problem resolution while contributing to banking center success through relationship growth, team goals, and consistent sales and service execution. They also participate in their communities, build new relationships, deepen existing ones, and enhance the bank’s reputation. Positions may be based in one banking center or support multiple locations within a market. The position has two levels. Relationship Bankers build foundational client engagement, sales, and banking operations skills; complete onboarding, training, and licensing requirements; and work toward readiness to advance to Relationship Banker II within approximately 12 months. Relationship Banker II is a fully proficient role requiring independent client relationship management, strong consultative sales skills, and consistent performance. Advancement depends on demonstrated capability, operational execution, sales effectiveness, and completion of required learning paths and licensing.
