About The Position

At Bank of America, Relationship Bankers help make financial lives better through client connections and responsible growth. This role engages clients in the financial center lobby, educates and assists them with transactions using self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs, and accurately processes cash transactions as needed. The banker has in-depth conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities and connects them with solutions that meet their goals. The position supports an in-office culture focused on collaboration, engagement, and career development. It is a 40-hour-per-week, first-shift role serving financial centers in the Queens and Brooklyn West market. Bilingual Spanish is required. The role may require work on weekends or extended hours and travel to any financial center within a reasonable distance. Pay is $25.00–$26.77 per hour, with offers based on experience, education, and skill set. Compensation is a base salary and is not incentive eligible. The role is benefits eligible.

Requirements

Bilingual Spanish required.

High school diploma, GED, secondary school, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Experience in financial services and knowledge of the financial services industry, products, and solutions.
One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals.
Six months of cash-handling experience.
Bachelor’s degree or business-relevant associate degree, such as business management, business administration, or finance.
