About The Position

Wintrust is hiring a full-time Relationship Banker to serve customers at its Foxfield Road branch in Saint Charles, Illinois. In this dual role, the banker builds and retains customer relationships, identifies financial needs, and recommends appropriate products and services. The role also supports branch operations by serving customers at the teller window or drive-up, opening and maintaining accounts, helping customers use digital products, and recognizing potential fraud and other risks. Depending on the shift, the banker may open or close the bank and help support community and bank events. The position offers an estimated hourly rate of $22.00–$28.00 and eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role.
High school diploma or GED.
Intermediate computer skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Build lasting customer relationships, identify financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
Collaborate with business partners, including Mortgage and Wealth Management, to connect customers with specialists.
Operate a teller drawer and serve customers in the lobby or drive-up.
Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital products.
Recognize potential fraud and other risks.
Depending on the shift, help open or close the bank.
Help support community and bank events.
