About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role serves as a primary point of contact for customers across all segments, including affluent customers, addressing everyday banking needs through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The banker helps customers work toward financial goals through planning, digital engagement, and customized deposit, credit, and investment solutions, while also supporting account opening and service requests. The role builds customer credibility and loyalty through discovery conversations and collaborates with colleagues to provide appropriate referrals and integrated solutions. Success depends on proactive customer engagement, relationship-building, and collaboration with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners. The Relationship Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until the employee completes licensing and SAFE requirements. Employees hired into that role who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program and transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role after successfully completing the requirements. Required licenses and registrations must be obtained and maintained for continued employment. SAFE registration is required at employment, and Wells Fargo initiates the process after the start date. Additional FINRA examinations may apply depending on the state. The position requires enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
