About The Position

Wintrust is seeking a full-time Relationship Banker for its Willowbrook, Illinois location. The role focuses on building and retaining meaningful customer relationships, understanding customers’ financial needs, and recommending products and services that address those needs. The Relationship Banker contributes to branch success by serving customers across teller and account services, connecting them with specialized partners, identifying potential risks, and supporting community and bank events. Depending on the shift, the role may include opening or closing the bank.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role.
High school diploma or GED.
Intermediate computer skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Build lasting relationships with customers, discover their financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
Collaborate with business partners, including Mortgage and Wealth Management, to connect customers with experts for specialized needs.
Operate a teller drawer and serve customers in the lobby and drive-up.
Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital products.
Recognize potential fraud and other risks.
Depending on the shift, help open or close the bank.
Help support community and bank events.
